The City Government of Tarlac, under the leadership of Mayor Cristy Angeles, successfully conducted Angel Mega Job Fair 2025 as part of the celebration of Kaisa Festival 2025 where 42 local companies, 2 overseas agencies, and 1 National Government Agency (BJMP) joined forces with 3,000 job openings in the Total this January 13, 2025 at Kaisa Convention Hall.

In total, there were 1,101 total registered applicants, 880 total qualified applicants, and 187 Hired-on-the-spot.

To ensure a continuous process in job hiring, there was also a One-Stop-Shop to complete the required documents of hired applicants who belong to the Philippine National Police for Police Clearance, Social Security System, PhilHealth, Department of Migrant Workers, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Department of Labor and Employment, at EZ Care Medical and Diagnostic for medical requirements.
