TARLAC CITY THRU THE LENS OF ANGELS, a Video-making contest of the City Government of Tarlac
1. Shoot and create a 4-6 minutes short video (at least 1080p resolution, using your video camera or cellphone), of sports event here in Tarlac City (basketball, volleyball or badminton tournament, road or mountain bike, martial arts, etc), or discover and feature amazing sports scenes and iconic places that embody the spirit of athleticism (Tarlac City Gymnatorium, bike routes, etc). Whether it’s the lively arenas or, peaceful playing fields, capture the essence of sports in every shot.
2. Upload this in your Facebook Page/Account; get at least 3k views to qualify for the final judging/ before the stated deadline.
3. The video which has the most number of minutes viewed shall be declared Grand Winner with two runner-ups. Please send a link of your uploaded video to Tarlac City Information Office Messenger or Email (tarlac.info@gmail.com)
4. Prizes are as follows: Grand Prize: P20,000 + plaque; 2 Runner-up: P15,000 and P10,000 + Certificate; Mayor Cristy’s Choice – P10,000
