As of 7:15 AM on Tuesday, PAGASA reported that moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bulacan within the next two hours.
According to the weather bureau, the above conditions are being experienced in Quezon, Cavite, Zambales, and Bataan which may persist within two hours and may affect nearby areas. (X/PAGASA)
