MISSION

The City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) commits to be a dynamic partner in achieving sustainable progress through rationalized and harmonized development planning. Towards this, CPDO shall advocate the following Developmental Objectives: Track and evaluate programs, projects and activities as basis for improving effectiveness; Analyze and formulate a research-based Development Plan and Strategic Approach; Regulate the development in the city while achieving progress through proper zoning; Lend a hand to encourage community’s smart and active participation in development planning; Administrative support provision to assist in programming; and Create a Sustainable Urban Development within the integrated planning framework for guidance and development visions.
