The City Assessor’s Office (CAO) commits: To discover, list & appraise all real property situated within the jurisdiction of Tarlac City in accordance with existing assessment rules & regulation in order to increase the taxable value of the City. To maintain a systematic & effective accounting & inventory of all real property units through computerized Real Property Tax Administration (RPTA) System. To provide the taxpayers, with friendly, prompt, efficient & courteous assessment service at all times.
